Typical. Part of what Muslims do is scare and demoralize people by talking like this. It's how they win wars. Little do they realize who they're up against. We Americans have got to be the only people on this planet who can take on the Muslims when it comes to vocal expressions of bravado. Yes, we have bombs, planes and bravado... but about 20% of this country (supported and encouraged by the media and the university system) acts as their Fifth Column, and does a very effective job keeping us from having the Willpower to use those weapons. Portions of our military command center, our representatives, our citizens and children, and our economic centers were attacked 6 weeks ago, with 6000 killed and infrastructure destroyed... and Congress has yet to form the political will to declare war... and the networks have yet to broadcast as many images of of American children casualties as they have of Afghani children casualties... and any words spoken against this 'peaceful' cult of death are immediately decried as contemptible...

No Muslem army ever took the field against Rome, it is unfortunate that Rome fell before the rise of Islam. The Romans knew how to deal with the likes of Islam. I hope we take hard look at Roman solutions and forget all this PC BS.

Quick History lesson. When did the Roman Empire fall? If you answer AD 476, you are wrong. The Roman Empire remained until AD 1453 with the fall of Constantinople.

When the Muslims refer to attacking Rome, they refer to what we westerners mislabel "the Byzantine Empire". The Byzantine Empire was THE Roman Empire. The Emperor had transferred his seat to Constantinople, and it remained in existence for another 1000 years after that. It even reconquered much of the West (Italy, Spain, N. Africa, Dalmatia) under Justinian.
