I think the sink emporer put an EO in place that extended the SS for Chelsea for 6 months beyond the norm. Unfortunately, I don't know what the norm was for Presidents' kids. I do know, that SS for X42 will be for lifetime, but no Prez. after him will receive it for lifetime. I think all Ex-Prez's for now on, get 10 years....
