I don't know if that was the President's orders or if it was just an Air Force general getting back at Clinton, but from what I've heard that was exactly how he spent his entire 15-hour flight.

There were interviews of British police in Capital Hill Blue. I can't find the reference. The article detailed a long series of rape, sexual predation, and cover-ups throughout his career.

Thanks. I thought it was documented somewhere, but I never saw the original source. I understand there were actual attacks in the White House as well, including assaults or at least one assault against a female Secret Service agent. He must have an enormous, perverted rage against women.
