Yes. But "dirty" is a subjective term when it comes to self-enrichment.
These are the types, at a level most don't quite comprehend, that can "affect" world events to an extent that provides huge money making oportunities to the groups, consortiums, or as I tend to put it frequently, Mobs. I don't mean mafia mobs, even though they are surely keyed into much of it, by virtue of tremendous amounts of cash that needs "cleaning up". How's that for 'dirty'? :-)
