At least he is being charged as an adult and should serve life in prison without parole. Due to his age the death penalty is off the table, but certainly a life sentence is the only appropriate punishment. His parents or more likely parent should also be charged with child neglect.

It was pretty quickly decided that he would stand trial as an adult. Can't hide the widdle baby's picture now. I understand that in stir they like "fresh meat". I bet a lot of those boys are alread licking their chops.
In other states this monster would be out on no cash bail.
