I don’t disagree with you. Just pointing out the question before SCOTUS would not necessarily gut the president’s ability to seek tariffs by other means.
However, Biden PRINTED THE MONEY he gave away, thus inflating the money supply. If the Trump checks actually happen and it comes from paid tariffs, then the money supply is not inflated.
The U.S. Congress is absolutely to blame for the rise of China. Their paymasters wanted slave labor and cheaper production costs even if that meant building up a new global communist menace that would one day threaten to destroy their own country. Well that day has arrived. China’s behind much of our current political turmoil. Tariffs have now clearly become a matter of life and death. I vote not to put the same traitorous and treacherous characters in charge again. Haven’t they done enough damage already? In fact, a good argument could be made that Congress poses a threat to our national security and should be disbanded.
