Why?
I’d like to see her convicted for malicious prosecution, which she richly deserves.
She can't get convicted of malicious prosecution because malicious prosecution is not a crime. Rather, it is a civil tort that requires, among other things, the termination of the underlying criminal or civil proceeding in favor of the defendant.
She was a fraud even before she became NY AG.
And she ruled fraudulently. Now she’s facing what was coming to her. A fraud being indicted for fraud. Can’t make up this stuff.
