The rain we got yesterday was pretty tame at our location compared to other parts of the valley. It rained very hard a few times during the day. It was strange to watch it kill the dust storm that almost reached us. I was sorry to hear of so much widespread damage from the storm yesterday.

BIL called late last night after I had gone to bed to let us know that they were OK but their whole property flooded.
They kept it from coming in the house.
They had their motorhome loaded and ready to go if they needed to get out.
They live on the Hwy to Roosevelt Lake.
You can’t even go to Miami from Globe, all flooded and too much debris.
Where the Ford Dealership is in Globe they were measuring the water in feet.
BIL said the flooding is worse than what they experienced in ‘54 and hubby said that was the worst flooding on record that the area has had.
3 people have lost their lives in the Globe/Miami area.
Pray for them, please.š
