The Federal court of Appeals has given the president until mid-october for tariffs to stay as is. After that all tariffs will be subject to decision by SCOTUS. I hope Trump is on good terms with chief justice Roberts.

I absolutely agree. Without balanced trade, it is slippery slope to 3rd world status.
