I lived in Waltham a year+ and taught school there COLD winters! Totally love the area that historic buildings and places around Boston, Lexington, Walden Pond, which was then not a state facility -,just a beautiful place to go and swim. But the drivers were crazy. It was a no fault state no one got their cars is fixed. It looked like a bumper car ride at the child fair.
Just read about your arm injury. Did you get an xray? If you heard a snap that usually indicates a break. Having a break mend incorrectly will cause more problems later. You do so much you enjoy depending on hands. Take care of them

I don’t know mine are always a disappointment. They don’t do a darn thing at Christmas time. They haven’t even noticed the tree. The best I do is put Rudolph antlers on them and take pictures.
Do you have any decorations you? I’m wondering how your little panther is doing with them. Or is she too busy with the remaining mice?
No xray. It’s getting better. I’ll just take the Ibuprofen when I need it, then my magic cushion arrives Thursday. That should help.
Hello from the frigid Northeast!
We got walloped with snow last week-
now with freezing cold temps!
Hubby had surgery the week of Thanksgiving
so have been busy tending to him and hearth and home.
He’s doing much better, and is running circles around me!
Glad to be back, and have missed you all very much!

Panther is an excellent huntress thus far. About a dozen mice which she takes to son’s bathtub ~ we think that’s funny
I haven’t decorated. Yet. There’s no room for a tree but i have some decorations and will come up with something
Saturday was our County GOP Christmas party. We had about 150 there. I did the salad bar. Lots of prep and all had to be last minute so it would be fresh. It was a wonderful evening. Cake auction following raised $7000 for candidates

Yup. Snow and wind coming tomorrow. I am sooooo glad I don’t have to set foot anywhere other than my own cozy little place. We’re well below freezing tonight as well.
