I can’t believe I feel so good now!
It’s like a switch was flipped as soon as my stitches dissolved. I’m wearing real pants today. LOL as opposed to sweatpants and leggings. And I walked a half mile at one time! I thought that might’ve been overdoing it but I felt good at the time. And after! Did a mile today overall.
Hope this is a trend

You might want to invest in (about $20) one of those nifty grabber reacher tools - check them out on Amazon. Very handy. I just put one in my cart lol.

Oh, I have 4 of them. $2.99 from tractor supply.
They are awesome! I don’t mean it to sound like my house looks like the aftermath of a ticker tape parade. I leave stuff on the floor until I get around to picking it up with the grabber. Even though I have four they’re not always where I need them. Plus they great at lightweight things like paper and even dust bunnies. But they can’t do anything that’s the least bit heavy. At least the cheap ones I have.
I also got a little 4 lb chair from Amazon that folds up. Since I can’t bend and can’t lift more than 5 lb, I can carry it with me, sit on it, and reach down to stuff that I otherwise couldn’t get to. And it’s the cutest little thing.
Enjoy your grabber! I’ve even used mine to do laundry, to get stuff out of the washer as long as it’s not too heavy. No wet jeans! And then I get it out of the dryer using my little stool and my grabber.
