The US State Department under Secretary of State Marco Rubio has announced on Wednesday that "U.S. government vessels can now transit the Panama Canal without charge fees." This, the State Department notes, will save the US "millions of dollars a year." Rubio had warned Panama to curb Chinese influence over the Canal.
This is a change in the recently implemented policy of Panama which required increased charge fees of all ships passing through the Canal.

No nonsensical talk of the US being a salad and not a melting pot..from the rapist.

Now, put a Carrier Task Force at either end of the Canal with Combat Air Patrol Sorties on a daily basis until China takes down all those signs written in Chinese that litter the Canal, pack up their rice bowls and take that proverbial ‘Slow Boat Back to China’.
The Panama Canal is a gravity fed system based on rainwater falling in the mountainous central part of the isthmus. Seawater cannot be used to feed it. It’s a real engineering marvel; I strongly recommend learning how it works.
