I saw Tucker Carlson at AM FEST in PHX, this past December.

I used to get most of my news from Free Republic. I have switched to X as my primary source. It is faster and has more complete information. It is, of course, what the source chooses to reveal, but since each event has more than one source, I get a better overall picture.

I am going to take an opposite stance on this Daddy analogy. I don’t like it at all. The president is not our daddy and we are not children. Daddies must take care of their children.

We are independent adults in charge of our own lives. We are part of the country that the President has sworn to serve.

The Daddy analogy just rubs me the wrong way.

I never related to the Daddy analogy either. Then when I took a look at it, I realized it was only used in certain circumstances. It’s when the “kids” are acting up, and dad has to bring them into line. “Kids” being dems, other world players, ne’er-do-wells, etc. The odd time I have read that Daddy’s home, and he’s taking off his belt. Somewhat of a disciplinarian to the world. I still don’t care for it either, but it makes a bit of sense.
