JUDGE CHUTKAN DENIES TRUMP’S REQUEST TO DELAY RELEASE OF JACK SMITH'S EVIDENCE
Judge Tanya Chutkan has rejected Trump's request to delay the release of Jack Smith's redacted evidence appendix past the election.
In an order issued this evening, she confirmed the court will release the redacted appendix tomorrow.
Trump had argued for a delay, citing political consequences, but Chutkan ruled that withholding the information could constitute—or appear to be—election interference.
The appendix relates to Smith's motion challenging Trump's immunity in the Jan. 6 case.

Judge Cannon's court is in Florida, and she ruled that Smith was unconstitutionally appointed for the Mar-A-Lago documents case, over which she presided.
Chutkan is in the US Federal District Court for DC and this case is about January 6 "insurrection." IMHO, the Federal Court for DC is purely a DOJ Kangaroo court, used by the deep-state for show trials, political prosecutions, and MSM headline generation

This "release" will be salacious hearsay and on-the-record backbiting from ostensible Trump allies - all simply to generate media buzz before the election

One can see evil in her eyes. Her one goal now is try and destroy Trump, no matter the cost, no matter how illegal and/or unethical the manner.

Judge Ticonderoga or whatever her name is has to know that eventually the Supreme court will squash Smith as well as her own rulings anyway!

So, did they release the report? Did it say anything at all? Was it a ‘nothingburger,’ or a ‘bombshell’? Or is there a stay pending appeal?
The proper remedy for a rogue Judiciary is impeachment, conviction, and removal by Congress.
But I doubt you can find ten House members - and maybe one or two Senators - who would actually dare to use their Constitutional powers against these malefactors.
