With 2021 diversity training, Coca-Cola earned the moniker “Woka-Cola” by advising employees to “try to be less White.” But now the company may become more White. That will be the result, anyway, if Coke follows through on a pledge to enforce new diversity goals.

That is, to align their employee racial, ethnic, and sexual demographics with U.S. census data.

Meeting these goals would require the company to cut its black-employee representation by 31 percent. Asian-descent hires would also be reduced — by 33 percent.

Now if they could apply that to TV commercials.

That would indicate that nearly 1 in 5 current Coca-Cola employees are black.

I stopped buying any Coke products after they advised their employees to “try to be less White.” I figured they didn't want my business and I am happy to oblige.

There IS one great use for Coke, though and it works like magic...

...cut its black-employee representation by 31 percent.

They've got too many? How did they figure that out?

It’s legal for private companies to implement race-based quotas in their hiring practices. It’s reprehensible, but it’s legal.

Gonna be tough finding black “Cola Bears”. Of course they could try the Chinese zoos. Their tranny programs have already turned dogs into Panda Bears.

More from the article:

“Coca-Cola doubtless would have preferred to stick with the New Racism (and Discrimination) if it could, but Supreme Court decisions in the last two summers have made starkly unavoidable what has always been true. Everyone has the same civil rights. They forbid distinctions based on suspect classifications (e.g., race, sex, sexual orientation, creed, &c.). This includes all such workplace discrimination, even the kind that corporations have pretended were of no legal importance—though touted endlessly as vital in every other way.

… This created a dilemma for Coke, where New Discrimination policies appear to have been endemic—systemic even. Coke recognized that current staffing levels all by themselves might get plaintiffs whose civil rights Coke had violated past dismissal motions and deep into eye-popping discovery.”

Due to a missed connection we had to spend the night in the Delta terminal at ATL. I wonder if they even consider hiring white people. Delta, Coke….no wonder Georgia is lost.

I think including so many blacks in commercials is basically saying that they think black people are such easy marks, because they think they’ll buy their product because they include blacks in the commercials.

Employees should be less white by arriving at work really late and leaving really early.

Its only legal if it discriminants in one direction. If it goes the other way the FBI civil rights division and the EEOC will enjoy closing your business down.

After spending a few hours at ATL about a year ago, I decided to call them “Delta Black Lines”. There were literally no White males who worked there. Pilots only, but of course the FO on our flight was black.

TSA of course was 100% black.

They told us 55 years ago there would be no quotas. Yup, they didn’t lie. The hiring there is All Black, All The Time.

Are they even allowed to hire white people at “Maynard Jackson International Airport”?

Appears to be a felony offense!

The pilots probably all live in Salt Lake. Just passin’ thru!

Diversity only goes in one direction, reducing whites.

The NBA will never be deemed inadequately diverse.

I suppose we should consider the possibility that now no white people want to work there. Would you?

I knew black commercials weren’t going to fly when Oreo came out with the black teenager with corn rows singing the Oreo song with his little brother.
