Musk himself was the big deal here, and he does not need to charge for HIS time.

Only, wrong.

🙃

Musk has held other Spaces events.

NOTHING compares to the 1 BILLION (say it!!) listeners Pres Trump brought in.

The media is an arm of the Democrat party.
Musk is a private entrepreneur and took the media to the woodshed...times a billion...at almost NO cost to his business.

In the same “space”, Musk elevated ALL of social media into an electronic public square.

Of course the Communists want that ‘outlet’ shut down.

Trump has been interviewed elsewhere without this viewership.

There is something special about his synergy with Musk and X.

Anyway, I meant the “in kind contributions” they allege Musk has made to Trump. It amounts to zero or nearly so, as it is all overhead for operating X. There is no “variable cost” for online media, as capacity is effectively infinite. Musk himself is the biggest cost, arguably, as his time is extremely valuable, if it were to be charged as an hourly rate. But no court can require that.
