It is cheaper to air condition than to heat.

Exactly.. hottest record in the 84 years they’ve been keeping records in the specic location they’ve been records. Forget the 4.8+ billion years.

Thanks for bringing up the dust bowl.

Imagine if dirt from Oklahoma were darkening the skies and choking people in Boston and Washington today the noise that would be coming from the climate nuts!

Iowa has been very comfortable. So much so that I’ve not needed an air conditioner. It cools into the 60’s at night. I’ve been here before when that wasn’t the case.

Liberals always shout “global warming” loudest during solar maximums.

Area climates do change, and have changed in the past enough to cause mass migrations, emptying densely populated areas and turning them uninhabitable.

Perhaps this will happen to Florida.

This would still not be a reason to to stupid things like blocking the sun’s rays with carbon dust, which could trigger another ice age.

This past month has been abnormally cool here in North Central Texas. Where it’s normally a hundred or better it’s been in low ninetys and mid eighties.

Thanks much for that info. So Climate Change “measurements” aren’t even measurements. They’re computer models of some sort.

As anyone who has done even a bit of programming knows, all you’ve got to do is tweak one line of code out of a thousand - and you can get any result you want.

We have the safari dust right now which we love because it stops hurricanes. It will dissipate in august and all hell will break. Ugh. I wish it stayed until November.

0.001 degrees higher since 1940 huh?

That does it for me. If we ever need a 10 trillion dollar green New Deal its now!

It is weather isn’t it? I do wonder if the Hunga Tunga thing has had impact the last two years but that too is a natural thing. It looks like we are in for a week or two of heat but it too will pass. What I don’t remember from the past is the high dew points but we also didn’t pay attention to that or the “real feel” temps.

So it was warmer in 1939? I wonder if water was wet back then too.
