Yes, the guy was on the roof. Yes, he had a rifle. But do we know he shot those rounds? Or was he more of a patsy?
Do the ballistics line up from his position on the roof? He swept the muzzle of the rifle at a police office peering onto the roof, just seconds before the first shots rang out. Was this enough time for someone like him to reposition in the other direction and shoot accurate shots on target?
Or...is there more to the story regarding the window of the two-story building right behind?
A professional sniper would almost always look to take the shots from inside a room.
Video of him in the act of shooting would put this discussion to rest.
With Google Earth it would be easy enough to estimate the elevation of Trump’s head and the elevation of the roof. Based on the one photo of the bullet whizzing past his head things would need to be about the same elevation.
I've been asking this question for days now. Did Crooks have a second rifle that he backed down the cop climbing the roof?
Or did he get back into position, find his target, regsight his scope, and fire dead center?
I have only one good eye, yet I say that with a few minutes of prep work that I could hit a target 130 yards away. Most people could.
But some kid could do the same with a few seconds?

This would have involved either a radio device that could be found or an app on his phones that would likewise be apparent to investigators. I think we can lay the phantasm of a 2nd shooter to rest. Crooks had a rifle and line of site, why complicate things? Note that ballistics tests on any bullets should be able to confirm whether they came from his rifle.
Not to mention that the adrenaline was pumping and in an inexperienced shooter it is hard to hold aim and have a smooth trigger pull. Shooting a paper or steel target is a completely different matter than shooting a living animal or person. Pros are trained how to mitigate this
It would be interesting to know who he may have been shooting with when he went to the gun range, if he ever had company, and if he had ever been to one outside the state.. wasn’t that Ohio mass shooter connected to an Antifa-linked Ohio gun club? Then there are others, like the very radical group of leftwing gun toting nuts in Portland.
Let's say the have the ballistics and evidence that he shot the rounds. Will you believe the evidence or just go the next step and say "why should we believe them, they lie all of the time?". Its a valid point you would bring up but where does it stop?
Trump had to be have turned his head about 100° CW (3:20 o'clock direction) from front & center of the stage for the shot from the bear-crawler's position to graze by his temple and through the upper lobe of his ear. That's about right from the diagram in the link below.
If the screen he was looking at was above the bleachers on his right, at almost 4:00 o'clock direction, Trump's eyes would have been looking just slightly to the right. That all seems correct for the temple & ear to line up with the bear crawler's position.

Expert analysis of the audio proves there were at least 3 guns used in the attempted assasination. Possibly 4, including the shot by the SS sniper that killed the perp on the roof. Shots 1, 2, and another definitely from the 20-year-old. Others from a secondary gunman possibly from inside nearby building.
None of the bullets were found and retrieved?
