The whole reason they decided to go along with trying to run Biden again is that every alternative in the Democrat party polled WORSE than Biden did in the Midwest.
However deluded we know they are, there is a cohort of working class Boomers in the Midwest who bought into the whole “working class Joe from Scranton” BS and actually still believe it. They definitely do not believe in Gavin Newsome or Heels Up Harris or Gestapo Gretchen or anybody else the Democrats might want to parachute in. Then there is the whole campaign cash problem as well as potentially pissing off Black Females if they try to run anybody but Heels Up Harris.

Precisely the democrats have no one who can win and they know it which is why we got Biden in 20 and again on 24.
The idea they have someone they can stick in in at the last minute and win is laughable. It would take a superstar to do that, not only that but a superstars superstar… and the Dems had no one.. if they did they would have run them instead of Biden.
Replacing Biden if it happens is about trying to save the down ballot from a massacre. If they replace him it is a tacit admission the White House is lost, period.
