I don’t agree with that woman, but . . . anyone buying just 50 rounds does raise suspicion. What do they plan to do with just 50 rounds?
A person buying a case or a pallet; that is a reasonable person showing good intent. Probably shooting with family or investing.
Back when .17HMR first became popular for rat hunting in Eastern Oregon there was a shortage of the ammunition as the manufacturer couldn’t keep up.
Our local sporting goods store bought a full pallet of the ammunition and placed it in the middle of the store.
People came in just to look at it.
Great idea. Invest in ammo. Stop every payday and put some in the inventory.
