Are they still operating under Obama’s rules where documents are all put into electronic files so that even if paper records get shredded there is still a permanent record?
I’ve heard it said that the records that Jack Smith claimed Trump was trying to run off with were already actually automatically stored electronically so there was never any danger that they were going to be lost.
There are almost certainly records somewhere—NSA has them if nobody else does.
That said—Democrats think the laws and regulations don’t apply to them—and so far that analysis has proven correct.
