We know the Secret Service detail was apparently a bit watered down, to what exact extent, still unsure, however, there was obviously a known/possible threat to the people inside the Secret Service area from outside that area. I’d be willing to bet money that they were a bunch of inexperienced Command staff at the command post who panicked and couldn’t make inappropriate decision about who takes action as the only snipers that really could do anything with the Secret Service ones, but the threat was from outside when technically a different agency should have handled it. Probably had to reference books, make phone calls, etc.
I am not even convinced that the bullet that hit Trump came from Crook's rifle. Just a wildassed tinfoil theory, but maybe he was the designated patsy. They knew he couldn't hit sh*t with his rifle, but let him go up on the roof to take the fall while one of the SS or some other deep state asset made the actual shot that took off the top of Trump's ear. The only thing that saved him was God and a sudden turn of the head.
The blob is pure evil and there is not an act too heinous that is off the table for them.
