Sincere question for you:   I saw and heard the videos where people saw Crooks slithering on the roof with his gun, but I didn't see or hear anything about anyone seeing him on the ladder.   Not at all doubting your word, but can you please provide me with link(s) of people saying they actually saw him on the ladder?

Thank you all for your excellent, insightful responses.   Like many of your responses suggested, there is probably nothing to my first suspicions, but I would still like to play a little game called "Just Suppose".

Just suppose...

- There is a team of bad guys (who we'll call "The Bad Guys"), who hate Trump, and want him eliminated.

- They pick this Crooks guy to be their patsy.   (They could use other sharpshooter(s) on their own team to do the actual fatal shooting from another spot there, knowing the patsy would get the blame, and be the one killed for it.)

- Many FReepers have known for almost 4 years (since the steal) that Trump would be the nominee in 2024.

- The Bad Guys have also known for almost 4 years (since the steal) that Trump would be the nominee in 2024.

- The Bad Guys have had a lot of time to plan their evil moves.

- Who on earth would plant 4 Juniper trees all clumped together like that, blocking the alleyway, and making it difficult for any of their building maintenance folks to get back there with equipment, for any necessary maintenance on that section of the building?



- The Daily Mail called those Junipers "dense shrubbery, chillingly hiding a ladder".   (Those trees could easily have hidden a rifle too, in advance of Trump's visit.)

- Several FReepers here have pointed out that those trees are present in a Google street view photo from about 8 months ago (November, 2023).   Another FReeper pointed out that they were mature, fully grown trees.

- It is possible for professionals to transplant mature, fully grown trees from one place to another, and that is done quite often.



- Google is not a fan of Trump, or of conservatives, as evidenced by their dishonest, slanted search algorithms, and other things as well, so they would likely be part of, or aligned with, The Bad Guys, wanting Trump removed from the scene.   FReeper Jane Long floated the possibility on another thread that the Google photos might have been doctored.   The initial photos for that location could have easily been replaced by the Google folks or their evil friends, with a more recent photo, or the date on the photo could have easily been changed by Google.

- Alternatively, The Bad Guys might have been planning their evil deeds for almost 4 years now, so they could have had those shielding trees planted there before November, 2023, to prepare for the future.

- From what I heard from one of these talking heads, Trump visited that same town during his 2020 campaign, but the location for that rally was on the other side of the town.   The Bad Guys would have needed someone on the inside, on Trump's campaign team, with the authority or influence to be able to change the location of this year's Butler rally to that shooting theater on the other side of town.   That inside person would have to be compromised (kiddie pictures? something else?).

While I don't want to go too far down these "conspiracy holes", I think we should keep an open mind about some of these things, because we certainly can't trust The Bad Guys at all.

SisterK, I've watched all the video clips in the link you provided, many times now, and I just rewatched them after receiving your recommendation in your post.   In none of them is anyone talking about the ladder.   In the main video in that thread link you sent (the video of the interview with the red-haired guy), the man only talks about seeing the shooter bear-crawling across the roof with his rifle.   He says nothing at all about the ladder, and neither do any of the other videos in that thread.

If comms were working properly then there was plenty of time to remove President Trump from the stage before any shots were fired.

Imho the comms (both federal, state and local) were sabotaged in the critical minute or two before shots were fired.

Three SS agents INSIDE THE BUILDING? Guess that's one way to allocate resources. Just read the SS Director Cheatle didn't want to station SS on the roof because it was hot. Didn't know the SS had a limit on their discomfort. They're supposed to take a bullet, but not break a sweat while in position?

Gee, guess I'm a hero for the endless hours on the flight deck in tropical latitudes and soaking my jersey and clearing the sweat from my goggles. Maybe I should write the Bureau of Personnel asking for at least a Bronze Star with V device for Valor.

This mess is going to take some time to figure out, if ever.

You may want to ask that question of SEALS, Delta, Marine Recon, CIA field operatives who have fought in 130 degrees in Iraq. You are inadvertently supporting one of SS Director Cheatle's excuses.
