This could have repercussions on the DC case, if Jack Smith’s appointment was illegal.

Jack Smith is going to be BIG MAD!

Jack Smith—who has nothing but a humiliating losing streak before SCOTUS—takes pot shots at Clarence Thomas for his concurring opinion in immunity decision that raised the unconstitutionality of Smith’s appointment.

per WaPo, “ a remarkable win”
Cannon quote:
““Upon careful study of the foundational challenges raised in the Motion, the Court is convinced that Special Counsel’s Smith’s prosecution of this action breaches two structural cornerstones of our constitutional scheme—the role of Congress in the appointment of constitutional officers, and the role of Congress in authorizing expenditures by law,” Cannon concluded in her 93-page order.”

The judicial system and the Democrats have burned a lot of cred in their effort to “get Trump.”

The good news is that the system that was used to get Trump did what is right in the end. It is a long time coming.

So, have we learned our lesson? No, the bar will continue to be lowered and lawfare will live on.

as the great Mark Steyn has said for many years about American ‘justice:’ “The process is the punishment.”

Agreed. And with the unlimited resources of the government, the punishment is severe. Too bad there isn't some form of accountability.

There's more to smile about here. Jackass must appeal this to the 11th Federal Court of Appeals. My guess is that they will deny an appeal. So, if Jackass then appeals to the USSC guess whose district that is? Clarence Thomas! HAHAHAHAHAHA. And it's highly unlikely that 4 Supremes will agree to hear the case. The ruling will stand that Jackass was illegally appointed. And then get out of the way because a herd of lawyers are going to file J6 motions to dismiss any case Jackass prosecuted. Even people who pled guilty should have their convictions vacated.

And if this were a just system, all persons charged, prosecuted, and jailed should be reimbursed for expenses and the damages for the time spent in custody should be astronomical. And even higher for the families of those who committed suicide! After all, Jackass did not legally bring these matters before the courts!
