This could have repercussions on the DC case, if Jack Smith’s appointment was illegal.

The Dems must really be dejected.
LOL ... you mad, Jack?
per WaPo, “ a remarkable win”
Cannon quote:
““Upon careful study of the foundational challenges raised in the Motion, the Court is convinced that Special Counsel’s Smith’s prosecution of this action breaches two structural cornerstones of our constitutional scheme—the role of Congress in the appointment of constitutional officers, and the role of Congress in authorizing expenditures by law,” Cannon concluded in her 93-page order.”

About time! Onward! Hang tough Mr President!
Thanks Kevin in California.
The good news is that the system that was used to get Trump did what is right in the end. It is a long time coming.
So, have we learned our lesson? No, the bar will continue to be lowered and lawfare will live on.
as the great Mark Steyn has said for many years about American ‘justice:’ “The process is the punishment.”
Announcing a bad week for another human can come back to haunt ya. You know, the cart before the horse thingee.
And if this were a just system, all persons charged, prosecuted, and jailed should be reimbursed for expenses and the damages for the time spent in custody should be astronomical. And even higher for the families of those who committed suicide! After all, Jackass did not legally bring these matters before the courts!
