Wouldn’t that be ex post facto and unconstitutional?
I keep saying what should be obvious by now ; forget pelosi, biden, Obama, and the rest of the filth. Schumer is the most poisonous snake in the swamp.
Schumer would fit right in with Bragg’s office. New horizons in legal sophistry!
It would not be a law. It would be a senate resolution. Dems are itching to take control of the House so they will be ready to impeach if Trump is elected. An impeachment is not a trial, but after impeachment a senate “trial” can remove a President from office. Schumer doesn’t have the senate votes to do that.
I have a better idea! Schumer can author a law that it is illegal to have the surname ‘Trump’, and that it is a death-penalty felony.
The Supreme Court basically labeled January 6 as unlawful trespassing. How can this asshat make something a crime out of thin air?
Trump said dems are stupid politicians. This guy is the worst.
Someone more skilled than me, should photoshop some flies on those burgers.
Chuck needs to be fed that raw hamburger and cheese and hopefully he will not survive
They’ve disbarred him, so he can’t practice law. Then again one of our Supremes isn’t an attorney even.
Thank you for pointing that out. I may be wrong, but if Trump wanted to nominate the main Capitol janitor, and the Senate approved, Jan the Janitor could take the position. Cabinet level positions serve at the leisure of Potus, with the Senate's advise and consent.
On the other hand, firings are also at the leisure of Potus. I hope President Trump has learned the depth of the Deep Swamp and starts clearing house on day one. Clinton did it with all the Fedgov AGs across the Nation, IIRC. Don't think he had the authority to fire State Ags.
