I wonder whether Biden’s statements about Trump’s “role” in “sending the Jan.6 demonstrators to the Capitol constitute legally sufficient grounds for a motion to dismiss the DC. Case because Biden’s comments as President make it impossible for Trump to get a fair jury trial.

Notice that Biden has not dropped the charges that occurred while Trump was in office. That tells you right there that they don’t believe what they’re saying.

Easily, if D.C had federal judges that aren't Democrat hacks.

Agree. The Trump team should immediately request a dismissal of the case due to command influence. Biden is directly involved in an ongoing legal case brought by his DOJ. Outrageous.
