Joe Biden will forever be remembered for his comment about rape in-laws, spouses and siblings. They should have taken him off stage then. Even Bill O’Reilley said it was historically the worst comment uttered politically ever. That debate was like watching a football player lay motionless for 90 minutes after a terrible hit.
