If anyone is wondering why Biden looks like he is reading something.... this ‘might’ explain it.... and I’m wondering if someone in our “government” has supplied this technology to Biden as a debate cheat.

Another company, Innovega, is also working on a soft contact lens that can produce a display anywhere in the eye’s vision.”
“Samsung also aspires to have the lenses beam photos and videos directly to the user’s eyes. This technology is years away from entering the market, however.”
DARPA probably had the contact lens tech several decades ago.
This guy cannot walk up a flight of stairs, and you think he is using some secret CIA level contact lens? I do not think he is capable. He needs a 20 year old around to keep showing him how a computer mouse works.
That ‘contact lens’ idea seems a bit farfetched.
