I still remember from 2000, on ABC’s This Week (the Sunday show), when gun control was on a roll (after several mass shootings) and it looked like the Second Amendment was finished in all but name. On that show Wayne LaPierre, of the NRA, said that “President Clinton needs a certain level of violence (to get his gun control bills passed)” Cookie Roberts STAMMERED in shock, but LaPierre provided FACTS, specifically Clinton ending Project Exile - where FEDERAL prosecutors were sending thugs to jail because the ‘diverse’ local authorities were not. After that show, gun control became a non-issue in 2000. THAT WAS OFFENSE.

Obv I share in the frustration but it is not the nature of the beast.
IMHO The overriding and overwhelming problem is that our defense absent MAGA has been virtually non-existent for decades.
