I listened to that part of the speech a couple of times. I’m quite sure President Trump was sending out a warning of sorts to both America, and America’s enemies, about taking any action over the next five months now that they know Biden is a cadaver.
I dare say when President Trump wins the election, he won’t be waiting until January 20th to be on the phone lining things up.
