It is so neat! A friend of mine had a mama cat that couldn’t feed her babies, the poor mother was starving. I’m surprised all seven babies survived. Poor thing was only 6 lb, went down to three after giving birth.
Anyway my friend was trying to feed the babies with the medicine dropper. They weren’t latching on and a kitten expert recommended this miracle nipple. They latched on immediately, and as they suck on it the syringe closes up so you don’t have to do it yourself, so no fear of them aspirating. Apparently they think the nipple fits just perfect in their little mouths, although I don’t think it looks anything like the mom.
But I’m glad people have researched and made these things.
I agree! I feel sorry for previous generations. Occasionally we would go to little mining towns, currently ghost towns, in the California desert. I’m just amazed people could live there without ac.

Lol I wish I could take credit for those scrumptious looking dishes! I just made a curry sauce with shrimp and chopped spinach in it, going over rice pasta. But it looks pretty sickly compared to those!
I’m pretty much a hermit since retiring. I have learned to just hate crowds ie more than 3 people in a group. LOL!

Partially solved the kitchen/ cooking problem by setting up cooking station on back deck. Crockpots. Hot plate I can do all prep out here and much of cooking. Twofold result. Keeps inside cooler and doesn’t disturb Rumpulstiltskin - however you spell it

Sounds like a pretty reasonable solution for the no kitchen use while sleeping going on. I hope it works out.
I’d suggest another project.....clean out the chaos in his bedroom. Sometimes some projects are just too big for people to take on, if they’re in a low spot, mentally and emotionally. However, if someone gets them started or does it for them, they actually respond very positively. I have some experience with this - people can fight something and then suddenly see how much better life is if someone shows them a better way. Just sayin’....if you’re looking for something to do when the weather gets cooler.

I doubt they’ll save them. I saved all of the sweaters and clothing I made when the kids were young....the grands wore a couple of the sweaters and hats, and Audrey wore the pretty flowered dresses with the beautiful pinafores, but that was when she was small. Somehow the kids just don’t like the homemade clothing.
The writers of this episode must have known how things would be in the 21st century

I used a cast iron skillet to pan fry some salmon fillets for Sunday dinner for me and my housemate. Steamed some rice and some mixed veggies. A bit of white wine for me. (My housemate is taking antibiotics due to her dental implants, so she can't imbibe.)
I only cook on Sundays because when I cooked daily, we both gained a lot of weight.
Some bon-bons for dessert capped off a Sunday meal.
BTW, I posted this at the Canteen on Friday as part of my classical music revue.
