One of the reasons for ‘law’ is to stop private citizens from forming gangs or groups to defend themselves. If citizens feel ‘the law’ protects them - they won’t feel the need to form groups for self protection.
So when ‘the law’ becomes corrupt and criminal it opens up MORE power for gangs. Private citizens who aren’t members of the thug party don’t have protection from the law anymore. In fact they’ll learn to fear ‘the law’. None of us are safe anymore - not not Trump, not us, not anyone who stands up to democrat. I’m not saying Biden is recruiting for the cartels and organized crime, but his actions will push people in those directions.
That is already happening somewhat. If Biden wins again, it'll be a good business opportunity for the cartels. If you live in the inner city, you'll pay "protection", they'll make sure your business is safe to operate. After all, you can't call 911 anymore.
