What’s wrong with condolences? Here’s mine:
Dear Iran, we would like to offer you our most sincere condolences on the loss of your president. Although he was only an alleged brutal dictator, we are sorry that he died a too quick death in a fiery ball of mangled helicopter guts in a warm up party for his entrance to everlasting fire and brimstone which immediately followed.
