The way this thing is going, I can’t see how the Judge can avoid a directed verdict of not guilty.

Utter lack of intellectual or moral integrity. J.R. Ewing : Oh, it's easy, you'll see. Once you give up integrity, the rest is a piece of cake.

I can. I haven't been living with blinders on the past couple of decades, and definitely not since 2015 when Trump came on the political scene.

If the judge isn’t thinking about limiting damage to his own reputation, I’m sure some of the jurors are.

With all due respect my friend what the hell world are you living in?

I suspect that if the jury does find a verdict of not guilty the judge will simply override it with a finding of guilty.

They’ve made up every thing else so far so that doesn’t sound too far fetched to me.

Judge will direct jury to ignore testimony and find Trump Guilty of 87 Felonies because Trump. It is still NY.

You presume the judge has an iota of integrity.

The presumption is not necessarily correct.

Very easily. They want a conviction. Doesn’t matter if it will be overturned on appeal, because that won’t happen until after the election.

The directive should be case dismissed, because prosecutors have proven nothing, not a ‘not guilty’.
