**SNIP**
Police initially shut down the carnival in Chester County Saturday night after a group of juveniles created what officials described as an "unsafe environment" for those at the fair. Additional officers from agencies around the county were also called in to help with crowd control.
While they didn't specify exactly what happened, police said the large crowd in the outer lot of the Exton Square Mall was creating a disturbance.

Police are also investigating a fight that they say occurred inside the mall after the carnival was shut down. The department released surveillance footage captured by a business at the mall and is asking for the public's help with identifying anyone involved.

the carnival spent good hard money and time to set up and it was all taken from them by the local government. I no longer blame the disrupters.
I blame the DAs and Mayors and Governors and Police who do not ENFORCE the LAW
The soros funded leftist DAs...remember our governor was a DA have taken the state and country apart
I completely agree. Way too much cowardice going around.
100%
I remember when Exton Mall was new back in the early 80s.
I know what it was. Exton Square Mall Spring Carnival has (or at least used to have) a clown in a dunking booth that routinely insults passersby with the most obnoxious of insults. He would call you ugly, fat, make fun of your clothes and hair. Whatever he could to get you to try to pay money to dunk him. He probably went too far . . . . . . LOL
Why pay money when you can just pop a cap in his ass?
Stop shutting things down because of these thugs. Start sending paddy wagons, loading them up and locking them away so that the graduations, fairs and other events can proceed. Cram them all in a drunk tank or something; just get them away from normal, regular citizens.
Amish teen?
Mall, Carnival, May Day gatherings in open fields, Nursing school graduations: things we can’t have, and that’s just this weekend.
Is it them again Yogi?
