What are these maneuvers the trooper used?
The locals had to call FHP that could accelerate to match speed with the vehicle then using either front side of their car nudge the side and back of the perp vehicle. Usually spins them out. Other times more happens as in this case. Of course the daily mail portrays as ‘cops killing innocent black kids’.
