I don’t know how but they’re gonna split the baby......that or kick it back down to a lower court.
yeah Dreeben (sp?) seems to think you can trust prosecutors to be on the up and up - and the DOJ in general. laughable in today’s environment of dual system of justice.
A lie is the same as a fish taken from the water and left out in the sun.
It dies quickly, then rots.
Jack Smith is thinks he can serve rotten fish to the American people.
Alito is clearly aware of the scam libtards are running
Ironic - didn’t Jack Smith get spanked for improper prosecution?
We know a ham sandwich can be indicted. Can it be convicted?
Antifa is expecting a phone call from the White House to resolve the situation.
indicting a ham sandwich
Solomon “Sol” Wachtler (born April 29, 1930) is an American lawyer and Republican politician.[1] He was Chief Judge of the New York Court of Appeals from 1985 to 1992.[2] Wachtler’s most famous quote, made shortly after his appointment as Chief Judge, was that district attorneys could get grand juries to “indict a ham sandwich”.[3]
I read the arguments. The government’s argument was “Don’t worry, the power to indict the president or former president won’t be abused because:
1) Prosecutors are such good guys they would never be biased as hell or abuse their authority and
2) the Grand Jury could always deny an indictment (which is a complete joke. That “old saw” Alito sites is taught to you within your first week in law school - because its so obviously true)
