The aim of a project like this is to have the HIGHEST possible costs with the LOWEST possible oversight, and it being totally controlled by democrats. This insures the maximum amount of $$$ flows into the right pockets.
The Communist Chinese are really good at building infrastructure. Perhaps they should replace the Key Bridge, renaming it the Mao Memorial Bridge. Better name it after a foreign Communist than a domestic one as are most Democratic heroes.
