He has evidence of the targeting. Israel is not denying it, just claiming it was a mistake.
Those are weasel words. I heard the statement by one of the IDF spokesmen. They owned the mistake, attributed it to the clamor of wartime. I think anyone who has half a brain realizes those things occur when fighting terrorists.
