There is NO MONEY for mental health treatment. It is all for creating a no-fly (I mean no gun) list. It will be as accurate and effective as the no-fly list as well.
Just like the no-fly list, they do not have to tell you why you are on the list. You have no rights against being on that list if the gov’t says you belong there. The gov’t refuses to tell courts the reasons as well for “national security”.
This is just the start of implementing something like the social credit score system as a means of not just disarming you, but controlling your credit, your mobility and your employment.
The left lies all the time...bottom line, any anti-gun laws they make are illegal. Since they’re not following the law, neither will I comply to their illegal laws. We already have over 10,000 state, local and federal gun laws....so, we know with this is all about-—disarming patriots.

In 1968, bills to register guns were debated, with opponents recalling the Nazi experience and supporters denying that the Nazis ever used registration records to confiscate guns. The bills were defeated, as every such proposal has been ever since, including recent “universal background check” bills.

1962 We ONLY want to register handguns. Rifles will not be affected!
1964, We ONLY want to register ALL firearms, not ban them.
1968 We ONLY want to register all guns, and ban the import of foreign Saturday Night Specials, and 5-shot bolt action army surplus rifles! (they got the ban).
1970, We ONLY want to ban small American handguns. Rifles will not be affected!
1976 We ONLY want to ban ALL handguns! Rifles will not be affected!
1981, Actress Lee Grant on Good Morning America (ABC) screams...”THE NRA IS A RIFLE ORGANIZATION! THEY SHOULD GIVE UP THEIR HANDGUNS AND THEY CAN KEEP THEIR RIFLES!”
1984, they came for the rifles.
1994..When they thought they had banned “As-s-s-ault” rifles they did not shut off the lights and go home. they immediately went after their next target, .50 cal single shot rifles “THAT CAN TAKE DOWN AN AIRPLANE!”
They will never be satisfied till they have an unarmed population.
Notice how mass murders took off like a rocket after the 1970s when mental hospitals were closed down and the inmates dumped on the streets. Almost every mass shooter has shown signs of mental illness that would have gotten them placed in an insane asylum if the 1950s regulations were still in effect.

1962; “We don’t want to take away your guns, we ONLY want to register handguns! Rifles and shotguns will not be affected”.
1964: “We only want to register all your guns, not ban them! Only Army surplus guns will be banned.”
1968: “We only want to register your guns, and ban “Saturday Night Specials” and small foreign handguns along with army surplus rifles!” (They got the ban on 5 shot army surplus rifles and handguns and small foreign pistols)
1970: “We only want to ban Saturday night specials! Large handguns and rifles will not be affected!”
1976: “We only want to ban all handguns! Long guns will not be affected!”
1981: “The NRA is a rifle organization! They should give up their handguns, and they can keep their rifles!”- Lee Grant on GMA
1984: “We must ban “assault Rifles, unsuitable or hunting!”
1989: George Bush bans import of some foreign made “assault rifles”.
1992: Assault rifle ban passed by Clinton.
2000: first calls to ban single shot .50 cal rifles...
2012 calls for MORE bans on semi auto rifles and handguns. If you can’t ban them then go after ammo limits, the magazines and styles of the stocks.
And so it continues.
SCOTUS is just waiting to rule it unconstitutional.
