WASHINGTON -- The Supreme Court on Monday indefinitely extended its block on a Texas law that would give police broad powers to arrest migrants suspected of illegally entering the U.S. while the legal battle it sparked over immigration authority plays out.
The one-page order signed by Justice Samuel Alito did not set a deadline, instead extending the stay “pending further order.”
Opponents have called the law, known as Senate Bill 4, the most dramatic attempt by a state to police immigration since an Arizona law more than a decade ago, portions of which were struck down by the Supreme Court.
The Texas Attorney General has said the state’s law mirrored federal law and “was adopted to address the ongoing crisis at the southern border, which hurts Texans more than anyone else.

It is twisted that when it came to President Trump trying to secure the border, SCOTUS thwarted him in every way. Now Biden seems to have the authority as President to do as he wishes. One of the Presidents main duties is to see to the security of our nation. The justices do not live in a bubble. They have to see the harm unfettered illegal aliens are doing to our country. I can't believe they have continued to rule in a way that says Texas has no right to secure they own state from this destruction. No state would have joined the union if they knew that they could not control their own borders from invading hordes.

SCOTUS is now aiding and abetting an invasion led by Mexican cartels.

Abbott should ignore this and force Potemkin Joe to arrest him with federal agents.

Time for us to start ignoring courts decisions and do what is right. The Libtards do as they please all the time with no repercussions so why not us?

SCOTUS has made its decision. Now let them enforce it.

“...suspected of illegally entering the U.S.”
I think that is the key issue - ‘suspected’ needs to rise to the level of ‘reasonable articulable suspicion’. Harassing somebody ‘just because they might be’ isn’t acceptable in the USA, nor should it be.
Encroach on that and cops will be able to abuse their power all day long with anyone.

I have argued that there is no "national border," there are only 50 sovereign state borders.
Furthermore, I'm arguing that the Article I Section 8 power granted to Congress "To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization" only applies to people, not the borders directly.
I further argued that the federal government may erect "needful buildings" to regulate the immigration of people at designated entry points, but cannot claim dominion over the states' borders. They must rely on the states to police their own borders.
Finally, I claim that Federalist #43 (on Article IV Section 4) backs up this assertion.

SCOTUS has blood of Americans on their hands. They need to all be arrested for voting against the safety of US citizens.

No one said “harass” illegal aliens. They should be arrested upon reasonable suspicion that they are here illegally. Watching them wade across the Rio Grande is sufficient to “stop and frisk” and inquire.
