A new witness says she could testify that Fani Willis’ relationship with Nathan Wade dates back to 2019 — and that he even had a garage door opener for their alleged love nest, according to a new court filing.
Willis and Wade “definitely” had a romantic relationship during the time Willis was running for DA in 2019 through 2020, Wade’s loose-lipped former business partner and one-time attorney Terrence Bradley spilled to lawyer Manny Arora.
Bradley, who clammed up on the stand when questioned last week, let slip the confirmation of the affair during “several conversations” with Arora, a former law professor, between September and October last year, according to court documents filed in Georgia.
Wade apparently even had a garage door opener for the apartment where he and Willis would meet for their secret trysts, Bradley told Arora.
The apartment belonged to former DA employee Robin Yeartie, a longtime friend of Willis’ who testified last month that she saw the couple kissing and hugging in 2019.
Willis is fighting to keep hold of her position as district attorney of Fulton County, facing scrutiny over her relationship with Wade, whom she appointed special prosecutor to help in the election interference case against former President Donald Trump and 18 others.
Trump and his remaining 14 co-defendants are seeking to have Willis thrown off the case, saying her relationship with Wade created a conflict of interest.
At hearings about their relationship, both Willis and Wade testified under oath that they weren’t romantic until 2022, which lawyers for Trump and his co-defendants, including Michael Roman and Cathy Latham, have said is not the case and that they were together since 2019.

He’s “a man, not a plan!” (Fani quote) so of course she had to have stashes of cash to pay him for what he was spending on her .... or perhaps it was for services rendered.
Heh.
He had the garage door opener as a way to deny he had a house key.
Good point...which means we need to see everything
in the Wade Willis episode as an MO to mfg deniability.
Was that a euphemism???
