Background
A Fulton County judge has ruled that special prosecutor Nathan Wade's former law partner and divorce attorney, Terrence Bradley, must retake the stand in former President Donald Trump's Georgia election interference case to testify on topics not covered by attorney-client privilege
A graduate of the Hillary Clinton School of Hazy Memory.
That’s Boots!
Sadow: Your motive?
Bradley: No motive.
The I didn’t do nuffin’ defense.
Yes this lawyer’s cross is well stated and a classic impeachment of a witness. Merchant was very amateurish. This attorney is a real pro
Sadow is crushing it.
Now he asks Sadow to repeat the question because there was a lot packed in there?

It helps not to have interminable "INTERRUPTION!!" interruptions
Now only is Sadow an excellent attorney, but he also has the advantage of having an incredibly dumb witness he is impeaching on cross
This was almost a my cousin Vinny moment
no doubt but she also doesn’t seem organized
Judge even says…. You have made your point
“It helps not to have interminable “INTERRUPTION!!” interruptions”
It’s very interesting that the State’s attorneys are not objecting even half as much as they did when Merchant was questioning Bradley. And that is although Saddow is covering the same materials.
This guy on the stand got 1/3 of the $600,000+ that went to Wade.
They can pursue him personally for repayment when it’s proven to be theft of public funds.

Wait. Terrence Bradley had no formal legal contract or agreement to represent Nathan Wade in divorce proceedings and didn’t bill him for representation but wants to invoke ATTORNEY CLIENT PRIVILEGE in this matter?
WOW.
But Judge concludes those circumstances are irrelevant
And these are the clowns going after Trump?
They covered that in the last hearing. Said even if Bradley did it free there’s still attorney client relationship.
How do they get the text messages and cell tower info in?
Atty Macdougald up now questioning Bradley...
For some reason a lawyer with a Southern accent always sounds more convincing to me...
Now Atty Rice ....
