IIRC from last weeks TV coverage:

Bradley testified that: THERE WAS NO ATTORNEY/CLIENT CONTRACT WRITTEN UP OR SIGNED BETWEEN HIM & WADE.

I ALSO THINK HE SAID THAT NO MONEY EXCHANGED HANDS FOR HIS SERVICES

IF NO CONTRACT——WHERE IS THE ATTORNEY CLIENT PRIVILEGE??

Excellent point. Perhaps a lawyer on this thread can explain it.

There might have been an oral contract if Bradley was representing Wade and expected something in return (plus consideration).
