There is an article today that the owners are tearing down the massive Penn Hotel in midtown due to lack of business and the owner will build tennis courts on the site. A harbinger of things to come for the rotten Apple.

A harbinger of things to come for the rotten Apple. Building tennis courts at that location is like establishing an urban farm at Times Square or on Wall Street. It's right across the street from Penn Station and Madison Square Garden, and would be a prime address if NYC wasn't such a dump.

I'm surprised they hadn't filled it with illegals. Just what you want next to Penn Station. While you're waiting for your train, you can go play tennis, and be mugged at the same time.
