lol, even in California voters wouldn’t approve this garbage via a direct ballot referendum. Good luck with either that or the courts sans the constitutional amendment.

In all reality California is already bankrupt. It now runs as a ponzi scheme. The legislature can only shuffle debt around so long. They are desparate for uncle sugar to step in. All the while their existing tax bases, corporate and population are migrating out of state while the homeless and stateless are migrating in. Reparations? My sweet Agnes.

California is losing lots of productive, sane voter citizens and tilting more and more toward the insane gibsmedat class.

It won’t be long before the underclasses vote to give themselves all the money in the California. Heck, they might even try to grab all the money in the whole USA. Doesn’t matter. They will never see a dime because there won’t be any businesses or productive people left in CA to pay it.
