I recall that Tedesco Construction got a lot of government jobs in Ct. The first kick back case I recall was with Rowland for something puny like a hot tub. Small change.
I know someone who worked for a big architecture firm. Spent a lot of time on jobs in San Francisco area. I asked if bribes were ever involved. He knew of none in SF, but a fellow employee was made to take a very long drive to Boston as flying would likely have revealed attache cases with cash for bribes.
