There’s no question that it’s bribery as we commonly use the term. But I’m not sure it’s bribery in a legal sense. I’m not saying it’s not. I’m genuinely asking. I expect it’s one of those legal things that’s not as clear as we might think. I’d be interested in what a lawyer would say.
Sure it’s “bribery” in the colloquial sense of the word. But the poster was calling for an arrest and prosecution, which is absurd.
