Even if some civilians (non federal agents) did some violence they still could successfully appeal any conviction if they were aided and abetted by federal agents—that would be entrapment.

Without full disclosure of all Deep State involvement in the event each and every one of these cases are suspect.

Btw—entrapment and aiding and abetting would include Federal officials allowing entrance to areas where the public should not be allowed entrance. If any federal officials led such a breach of prohibited areas that would make the defense case even stronger.

These people would be on video. Their future usefulness as infiltrators is negligible. However, the defense lawyers need to know all about them and their activities to do their job.
