What is a bodega? Is it a fruit, or veggie?
I asked the same question in Breitbart’s comment section where this story also appeared. No one answered it.
Bodega is a catch all Spanish word for storage area, garage, shed, wine cellar, small shop, warehouse.
In the US it refers to small corner grocery stores. In Central and South America they would be called pulperias.
